UNC Children's Hospital
N.C. Children’s Hospital is the clinical home of UNC Children's. The state-of-the art facility opened in late 2001 and has 150 inpatient beds, including:

In addition, the hospital has an 8-bed Children’s Short Stay Unit has for children requiring less than 24 hours of inpatient care. The hospital houses expanded radiology services for both children and adults, as well as a pathology laboratory, pharmacy, and outpatient physical / occupational therapy services, among others. UNC Children’s values the relationship between families, patients, and staff. We recognize that the best possible care is provided when the patient and family are at the center of the healthcare team and feel that patient- and family-centered care is essential in our clinical, teaching, and research practices.

Maynard Children's Hospital is located on the campus of ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, N.C.
ECU Health is the uniting of Vidant Health and the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. It strives to enrich the health and the developmental potential of children through a harmonious venture that includes the child, the family, the health care team, and the community. It offers emergency, intensive, general, rehabilitative, outpatient and chronic care to the neonatal and pediatric population in 29 counties served by its 197-bed Children's Hospital.
