Jannifer is 8 years old and living with end stage kidney failure. Jannifer was scheduled to go on her Disney Experience in Sept 2022, but due to health returns the trip was postponed. We are happy to report that Jannifer, now 9, had a kidney transplant and took her trip in Sept 2023.
