Jannifer is 8 years old and living with end stage kidney failure. She also has motor gait delays. She has spent most of her live going back and forth to UNC Children's Hospital for treatment. Jannifer was scheduled to go on her Disney Experience in Sept 2022, but due to health reasons the trip was postponed. We are happy to report that Jannifer, now 9, had a kidney transplant and took her trip in Sept 2023.
